Annual permits may be returned for a prorated refund from the date of purchase until March 15.

Prorated refunds for fall semester-only permits are available until Sept. 30.

Partial refunds for academic year U-Passes and Platinum Passes are available until Dec. 31.

Refunds are not provided for:

Cash refunds are not issued at the PTS office. Once your permit or transit pass is returned to PTS, then your refund will be processed through the University Cashier’s office.
